
On March 29, 2025, the Ghana National Council of Sweden (GNCS) convened its Fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM) in a hybrid format—physically in Malmö and virtually via Zoom. The meeting, hosted by the Ghanaian-Swedish Association (GSA), reflected the Council’s continued commitment to transparency, community development, and diaspora engagement.

Keynote Address: Mrs. Elisabeth Sapomaa Dodoo from the Ghana Embassy in Denmark emphasized the importance of diaspora involvement in Ghana’s development and cultural preservation for future generations.

The 2025 business plan includes cultural programs like Youth Day and proposed parenting seminars in collaboration with the Embassy.
