GhanaFest 2025 – A Celebration of Culture and Community
GhanaFest 2025 was a vibrant and successful celebration that brought together members of the Ghanaian diaspora, friends of Ghana, and the wider community to celebrate the rich culture, heritage, and unity of Ghana.
Organized by the Ghana National Council of Sweden (GNCS), the event attracted a large and diverse audience and featured a dynamic program of cultural performances, music, food, and community engagement. Attendees enjoyed traditional Ghanaian cuisine, live entertainment, and cultural displays that highlighted the beauty and diversity of Ghanaian traditions.
The festival also served as an important platform for strengthening community bonds and promoting cultural exchange between the Ghanaian community and the broader society in Sweden. Families, youth, community leaders, and partners all came together to celebrate unity, pride, and shared heritage.
One of the highlights of the event was the recognition of sponsors and partners whose support contributed to the success of the festival. On behalf of GNCS, Chairperson Nana Afia Achiaa Deiwaa presented appreciation awards to key supporters and acknowledged their important role in making the event possible.
